The Midas Rule lets me paraphrase the famous phrase about teaching others.
"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."How about:
"Give people fish and you feed them for a day. Teach them... to fish, hunt, or farm whatever-the-hell they want and you've spread the Midas rule.
